Resumen
El trabajo literario de Francisco Tario (1911-1977) se caracteriza por tener
una narrativa que usa el sueño y el simbolismo como un método de desdo-
blamiento del Yo, de ese ser interno por el que cada ser humano tiene un
mecanismo para enfrentarse a sí mismo, para hacer frente a sus fantasías,
sus miedos, sus demonios o sus obsesiones. El universo tariano está lleno
de seres antropomorfos capaces de contar su propia historia desde adentro.
Buques, gallinas o féretros tienen voz y expresan su existencia. Asimismo,
la literatura de Tario está llena de un simbolismo que lo puede catalogar
como un autor raro, con moldes románticos donde la actividad onírica se
mezcla con la realidad, dando tintes de literatura fantástica. Usa símbolos
de manera reiterativa (el mar, las flores, los caballos) para indicar que todo
tiene un ciclo donde se nace, se vive y se muere para recomenzar. La alqui-
mia y el violeta como espiritualidad y renacimiento.
Abstract
The Francisco Tario (1911-1977) literary work is characterized by a narra-
tive that uses the dream and symbolism as a method to split the self, this in-
ner by which every human being has a way to confront himself, to deal
with their fantasies, fears, demons or obsessions. The tariano universe is
full of anthropomorphic beings able to tell their own story from the inside.
Ships, chickens or coffins have a voice and embody their existence. Tario
literature is full of symbolism that might be classified as weird author, on a
romantic shape where oneiric activity is mixed with reality, flashing on
shadows of fantasy literature. Use symbols in an iterative way (the sea,
flowers, horses) to indicate that everything has a cycle where is born, lives
and dies to re-start again. Alchemy and violet like spirituality and rebirth.
